We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return or exchange unworn items to AU NOIR our returns portal. Through the portal, customers can make a one-time exchange for a different Size, color, or product type, receive credit toward their next purchase, or receive a refund to their original payment method.
Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for returns and refunds to be processed during peak periods, such as promotional weekends and holidays. We want you to be happy with your AU NOIR purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order or in-store purchase date. All original tags must be attached.

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return request has been approved.
You have 30 days after receiving your shipment to return items. If you choose to return items and receive a refund credited to your original payment method, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges or online credits, AU NOIR will cover the cost of return shipping. (Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned to any physical store.)
Important: We are not responsible for goods returned by any method other than our collection service. Goods must not be returned via FedEx Drop Box as this is not a supported return method. You are responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to use another carrier. AU NOIR responsibility for refunds or compensation in the event of loss, theft, or mishandling of return packages by the carrier.
Upon receipt of a return and after verifying its integrity, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by your payment provider within 10 to 14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States and Canada.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method. If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
We do not accept exchanges for previously exchanged items, and items received as gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit via the online return and exchange portal.
