Au Noir Shipping Policy

Order processing time All orders are processed and shipped within  1 to 5 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery options and estimated delivery times The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on your location, we offer the following delivery services:

• FEDEX Express: 1 business day

• Xpresspost: 1 to 2 business days

• Dicom: 1 to 3 business days

Tracking your order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes Au Noir responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order when shipping outside of Canada. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
