Return and exchange process

• Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return

• You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return request has been approved.

Is there a charge?

• There are no handling fees.

• Original shipping costs are not refundable.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What are returnable items?

You have 30 days following the reception of your shipment to return items.

• They must be in their original condition with the labels

• Items must be unwashed and unworn.

• Masks are not refundable

• Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

• Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
